Hi,

Is there the option to show notifications as just the banner only? When my WhatsApp notifications come through the whole message displays but I'd just like to be able to see X has sent a WhatsApp message. 

I've had a look in the notifications options in the app but there isn't the ability to configure WhatsApp notifications.

One way is to disable the WhatsApp messages coming to the watch.

Then install Macrodroid [Android] app on your phone.

Write a Macrodroid script to pickup WhatsApp messages, transform them in the way you want to see them and repost it as a Macrodroid Notification.

Then enable Macrodroid as an app that can send notifications to the watch.

That way you can tailor the message that appears on the watch any way you like.

Thanks Guy, I was hoping there would be a simple way on the app to just select how notifications appear...just need to make it work somehow!

You could always contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with may be some hidden feature..
