Versa 2 white screen

My Versa 2 has a white screen on the clock face. The other screens work fine. How do I fix the clock face?

Hi there @Paulabear66, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the white screen on your Versa 2 and for letting me know that other screens work fine but the clock face.

I'd recommend trying the suggestions below:

  1. Check in the Fitbit app if your Versa 2 is still syncing, if so, try changing the clock face to a different one by following these steps : How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process. 
  2. Please restart your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I looked at this earlier, and changed my clock face as directed. And restarted my watch...worked great for about 3 hrs, and now I have a white screen again. Also it seems to drain the battery faster.
