Versa 2 white screen

My charged my watch. Reset my phone and still white with little dots of color.

  1. Confirm the steps to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for replying.  Did all that twice. The white screen stays on all the time, can't read anything of the stats and drains the battery in about 2 hrs to less that 10% after being fully charged.
