Fitbit Versa not charging

I git my fitbit as a gift for my birthdag andd now its not charging it says that it is bot 2 hours later its still at 0%, does any one know what i can do?

 Sorry to hear you haven't been able to use your gift. I'd suggest trying the following steps:

• Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
• Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
• Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
• Restart your Fitbit. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Thank you for the advise but i have all ready tryed all that but it still doesent charge

Im having the same issue with my versa 2 not holding a charge for 5 hrs and nothing has helped!! It’s super frustrating.
