Versa 2 white screen

  • My husband's Versa 2 screen is white. Tried holding the button for 10 seconds but that doesn't seem to do anything. Any help greatly appreciated

Hi there, @ZChan. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your husband's Versa 2 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted the Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change the clock face back to the original clock face.
