I noticed a few days ago that my Fitbit Versa will not record my BPMs on my watch. I also noticed that the sensor on the back of the Fitbit has not been working. How can I fix this? Thanks

Hey, mine is doing similar.
My heart rate keeps crashing when exercising at 124bpm and I don't notice until later. Or I have zero information on heartbeat. I have the Versa 2 and have for over 2 years.
I have rest my watch and the app for HR.
Its not resolved it 😞

Hello, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Corrinaf2015 @DellyT.
Thank you for the information that you've shared about the problem you've been experiencing with your Versa 2 watch.
Before considering other options, if you continue to have the same problem with the heart rate sensor not working, I would recommend performing a restart and to follow all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
In case your watch is tracking heart rate properly, but you're not able to see it on the app, please try to Force Quit the app, log out from your account, then restart your phone and log back in to check if you can see you heart rate information.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.
