Versa just stopped tracking steps and sleep. I’ve tried everything I could possibly do. Is there anyone out there that got theirs back to normal? I also signed up for premium and now I can’t use the features I want to cancel. I’ve done all the manage subscriptions on the site and google… but there’s no link to anything that gets me able to make sure I can stop paying for it. Obviously a design by Fitbit to get money from frustrated users. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
