Versa 2 will not setup with iOS 13.1.2

I just bought a Versa 2 and it won’t setup or sync with phone through the Fitbit app. The wifi drops and it goes to Bluetooth and then just hangs up. Can’t update, can’t sync and can’t use the watch. Does anyone have a solution to help me out. Thanks.
