Versa doesn't ever vibrate

Hi all

 

After some advice. Set 3 alarms on my versa 2 days ago and none of them woke me up which I thought was weird. Went into the settings and when I change the vibration level mode it doesn't vibrate at all when I am changing the options or if i set up for notifications. I set another alarm whilst I was up, it went off but didn't vibrate. I checked all the settings and made sure sleep and do not disturb were not on, then last night I factory resetted it which took forever, that didn't work. I unpaired my device and reinstalled and re updated everything and still no joy. Any help or advice? If anyone asks my phone is an android. I can't actually see where to go to contact fitbit directly. I got my watch in June last year and it's just typical that I've had issues now.
