It's always 2 minutes off. I've reset it and synced it.

Have you tried restarting the phone, if you compare it with that, it may be the phone is off.
One way to check is
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Click on Sync circle It should say a moment ago but might say 2 minutes ago when its finished syncing |

@QUEEN_SHORTY Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Time on your watch should be corrected when you sync it. Since your device is syncing, please check if you have turned on "Set automatically" for date and time on your phone: open your phone settings > tap General > tap Date & Time > and then toggle "Set Automatically" on.

So that didn't do anything and now it won't pair to the phone. Every time I go to Bluetooth it won't connect. It just says an app is needed to use this device.
