Hello @IrishFire, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Dealing with that right now. Wine sync. Tried updating my wifi and it won’t do that either. Yesterday it worked fine.

I am having the same problem.  Let me save you some trouble.  I have tried all the troubleshooting, which is why I am looking at this thread.  If someone responds with "Please try this troubleshooting thread" I will assume a) you are a bot or an a.i. or b) you have my money and could care less about the issue.

My Fitbit is less than 2 weeks old and I have 3 issues that are still unresolved.

1. Last week, it tried to say that it takes 5,000 steps to equal a mile.  Since my stride is about 30", that is mathematically incorrect.

2. Three days ago it stopped syncing Active minutes to my phone but keeping everything else.

3.  It has not synced to my phone since yesterday afternoon.

Again, I have taken the steps in the troubleshooting thread to NO avail, meaning that does not help.  Please help

Hi,

I’m having the same issue with my Versa. It will not sync with my iPad nor will it sync with my Android phone. I tried all the steps that have been suggested, but to no avail. I’ve also tried to sync it old school - by connecting it to a laptop. Still no go. Please help.
