Versa 2 will not sync

My Versa 2 stopped syncing a few weeks ago with my LG style 4 phone. It had been syncing for the past year that I have had my versa 2. I Uninstalled it on my phone reinstalled nothing. So I upgraded my phone to a Samsung A21. Synced for the first few days then nothing. Then I was getting calls on my versa but not text messages. I have done a factory reset two times on the versa. No luck. I have signed out of fitbit. Reinstalled the app.....nothing. WHY??

In addition to the steps you've followed, there are some other troubleshooting steps you can try in this article.

 

Whether this doesn't help, please set up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
