Versa 2 screen fell off

About a week ago my touch screen stopped working and I couldn't get it to work no matter what I did. After a few hours it started back up, this has happened before but I was able to turn it off and back on but this time it didn't let me. Well today, my screen just fell off while I was walking and is now hanging by its wire and doesn't work at all. I have had it for 14 months. I've tried reaching out to the live chats but they are extremely unhelpful. Only said that they'd send an email but never got one and they can't tell me when I'll receive one either. As I was reading more apparently this happens a lot. What has Fitbit done for others this has happened to? This is obviously an issue in their design and they need to step up and take responsibility for it.
