I have had this device for just over a year and it will no longer sync. I wear it everyday and it was last synced Apr 6th 2021. I keep trying to refresh and have restarted the Fitbit all together. Sometimes an icon will come on the top of my phone screen saying " could not sync" with a button saying " fix it" I click on the fix it and takes me to the website telling me how to sync which I was already trying to do. Now it is saying the wrong time on the screen. I will also be in the middle of a HIIT workout and it will say my heart rate is in the 70s. Sometimes it will even end my workout without me touching the screen. It will just buzz and shut off. I am getting fed up with this device.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @EmmaB04.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issues with your watch. I understand how you are feeling and recommend following our complete troubleshooting instructions in Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Regarding the issue with heart rate, it can be affected by a number of factors at a given moment. For more information about it and how to improve its accuracy, please see this help article: How do I track my heart rate with my Fitbit device?
Hope this helps.

Try to unpair the device off your phone and in your Fitbit app ( I think it says delete device or forget this device). Then set up as a new device. It worked for me. Hope it works for you, too.
