Sleep Tracker Not Working

We were enjoying our Fitbit until a week ago when the heart rate and sleep stopped working even after multiple syncing. Right now we have two very  expensive Fitbit Pedometers.

Mine also stopped showing the sleeping heart rate about a week ago, Premium Subscription. I ended up going into my Apps in phone and force updating, it said an update was released 5 days prior. I have my Apps all set to auto update, so not sure, but after I manually updated, I went into Fitbit app and my current nights sleep was now in.... maybe this will help someone.
