Versa 2 won't sync

My versa may be on its death bed. It will not sync. I tried restart and it is charged and I am in my home next to my router. 
if it does not sync and is not the correct time, I may bid adieu to Fitbit and just get an Apple Watch. The customer  service is far superior to Google.

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed.

I have been having the same issues, I October I gave up on it, just as it passed the 1 year anniversary of purchase. I have been on every link of every forum, tried every recommended solution,  checked every individual setting on my phone and the app, updated my phone, reinstalled the app, forced the versa by holding the button for 10 seconds and I can't do anything with it. Meanwhile,  my husbands £20 generic watch is doing everything I paid a fitbit to do!!

To better assist you, I'd like to confirm that you've also tried what I suggested in my previous post? Have you made sure that your mobile phone is compatible with the Fitbit app?

Hi Maria, 

Thanks for your prompt response,  I have attempted everything you suggested,  and I have an S22. I have now come to the conclusion that it is just broken ...

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 2 and report it's not syncing anymore, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
