I was so excited to receive a Versa 2 for Christmas. I have had a charge 2 for a long time. Probem is Versa 2 will not turn on. At some point it has synced with my phone as my app says the Versa 2 is completely charged. I have tried to restart it by pressing button on side for 10 seconds but this doesnt work. The fitbit icon comes on for a few seconds, goes off then comes back on. I'm very frustrated as I've been trying to get it too work for hours, For a few seconds it did come on because I was able to start the setup. Another thing, tutorial video showed as you take the plastic off and tap the screen it would come on. It didn't do this. Thank you. Mobile syncing device is an Iphone
