The device will restart itself sometimes multiple times in one day. It makes tracking a work out difficult when you have to stop and wait for the device to restart so you can begin tracking anew. Fitbit replaced my Versa with a Versa 2 due to this issue. I am not experiencing the beginning stages of this problem with the Versa 2. They have asked me to return the device before possibly sending a replacement. This will require me to purchase some sort packaging to return the device safely. I fail to see why they cannot replace with out the returned item. They are able to track on their end the amount of times it has stopped and restarted. I just find it a shame the product does not last even a year.
