Versa 2 won't acknowledge peak time

Peak won't show. Today my graph showed i hit 172 3 times however i didn't get any peak time. A week ago i got 167 and received peak minutes. Whats going on? After reading all of the issues with these i hope mine isn't on the downhill and the start of issues to come

In addition, you can follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.

Thanks for trying

None of these tips helped. Ive reset and updated plus read the tips. 

It tracking me accurately but not displaying the peak minutes which I need to know. I camt even calculate manually as the graph only has increments of 40 to 50 so I cant add it myself either.

My peak minutes are all just going into cardio.

For further investigation, please attach a screen shot of one of your activities with peak minutes and one without them.

Thanks for the response.

I waited till I could update the app before I responded..

I could do that today. I also then reset my fitbit again incase after updating the app it helped however peak minutes still are not showing. How can we rectify this issue please?

Thank you for the update, @JacRock.

 

Before going any further, please try the following:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app and uninstall it

- Reboot your cellphone

- Install the Fitbit app

- Log back in

 

Perform a new activity and verify if the issue has been resolved.
