Hi there, @BillTacoma. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If your Versa 2 keeps stuck on the Fitbit logo even after being fully charged, please try the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi Bill. I woke up yesterday to my Versa 2 doing the same thing. I tried all the suggestions here and on YouTube, no luck. I just got off the phone with Customer Support (in India, I believe). He briefly instructed me to do everything I had already tried. He was then quick to tell me that I would be receiving an email from customer service. I received the email with a 35% discount to buy a new one.  Since this is my second Fitbit in 3 years, I’ll be buying another brand 🍎. Good luck!

Hi boston sue!

How soon after the call did you get the email? im still waiting for mine. I feel you there! this fit bit is 3 months old!

I received the first email within a minute or 2, after hanging up with the guy from India. The email basically said “sorry your Fitbit is out of our warranty period” and that another email would follow, with a discount code. The second email came immediately after. My Fitbit was just over a year old, but they should last longer than that!  If yours is only 3 months, I would think they would replace it. 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:
