Early this morning my Versa 2 died. When I went to charge it like normal it comes up with a battery with a large exclamation point in the middle. I’ve never seen this symbol on my Versa 2 before.
I left it on the charge for a couple of hours and it’s still there and not charging.
Any ideas?

Hi @JacquelynV - frightening, but try cleaning the contacts and using a different power source, a little persistence and it came back to life for mine and it's been alright since.

Hi there, @JacquelynV. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
I agree with @Guy_. For more information, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Hope that helps.

If your Fitbit won't charge properly, there are a number of things you can try to get it working again. Make sure the Fitbit's charging contacts are clean, dry, and seated properly in their charger. If possible, try to restart your Fitbit, or use a different charger.
