My Versa 2 is not charging.

When I clip it into the charger, the fitbit logo appears and home screen comes up to show its on. When I check it again the battery continues to show 0%. I have cleaned the ports, plugged it in at different power outlets and checked the cables are in properly. If I take it out of the charger it turns off.
