Versa 2 won't charge

After 14 weeks of use my Versa 2 Fitbit will not charge...app is totally updated...put it on charger and usually charge percent does not come up and no charge occurs...very disappointing

I’m sorry to see you’re having trouble with your Fitbit Versa 2. I’m moving your post to the Versa 2 Forum so that you may get more relevant answers to your question as well as better exposure to your particular question. In the meantime I would suggest trying to restart your Versa 2 to see if that resolves the problem. Please look here for the proper way to restart your Versa 2. (You will not lose data doing this) https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

Too bad my Fitbit has no charge to try anything...sad that company itself
is difficult to contact...my third Fitbit but probably my last due to time
I have spent so far trying to fix it before I sent out this
communication...frustrating to say the least

I understand your current situation is frustrating. If you can’t get your Versa 2 to charge at all I would suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service. Here are ways to contact them: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB
