My Versa 2 won't take a charge. I ordered and tried a new charger and it still doesn't work. The battery is down to zero percent and it won't reset because of that (I tried the reset and suggestions on the help site). I chatted with an agent, but she couldn't help me and escalated my case to a support team. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. Does anyone else have any suggestions, or is it just a case of "give up and buy a new smartwatch?" Thanks in advance for any insight!
