Versa 2 won’t charge

Hello, I got my Fitbit Versa 2 as a Christmas present and the battery went dead on Wednesday and it will not charge and the screen is blank. I have tried all the restart options that are detailed in the forums and nothing is working! My Fitbit was bought from the Fitbit website. Can you please advise what can be done to help?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Hi, I've reported the exact same experience with my versa. Also did all possible troubleshooting. Have you heard back from Fitbit yet?
