Versa not receiving text notifications

Hey all - 

 

I have an iPhone and supposedly after I updated my iOs sometime back in Sept/Oct 2019, the Fitbit Versa and new iOs updated didn't get "along" very well, so my Text Message notifications don't show up to my Versa anymore and haven't since then, so almost a year, now?

 

I've called/e-mailed with Fitbit peeps multiple times and even though I've done everything they ask for me to check/try (just short of jumping through hoops, mind you), it's still not working? Anyone had this happen and actually found a way to get it fixed?

 

I just want my Versa to actually work 100%.

Yeah, there have been multiple e-mails back and forth and the latest thing that they want me to "try out" is going to take a few days (now to test out my battery health), so I decided to inquire on here since it seems I'm not the only person that is having issued after updating my iOs Software.

 

I still will follow up with them, but since it seems at this time, there's no "FIX", it seemed useless to keep writing your Help Peeps if there is no solution, as of now.
