Versa 2 won't charge

My versa 2 won't charge at all. I even bought a new charger and it still won't charge. I've only had it for a year.

Try going through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

If those tips don't work then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support
