How do I figure out the age of my device? My company provides a replacement every two years. My fitbit recently died and when I put in for a new one they told me "it has been less than two years." When I asked for the specific date they told me to check the fitbit web site. I don't want to pay out of pocket for a new device if I am only a few weeks from the renewal date.

I don't think that you can. It's possible that customer support might have access to that information. You could try them via contact.fitbit.com
