My Fitbit died over night and started to charge but quit at 13% and won’t charge any further and will not sync and screen is dead.  This is very frustrating.  I’m reading this is happening to a lot of people.  What is wrong??

Hey @Granny473! Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2, I understand how frustrating this ca be. 

For troubleshooting steps, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

Please note your Versa 2 might be not syncing due to the low battery so it finds hard to connect. However, if you continue having syncing difficulties after charging your watch, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
