Versa 2 won't vibrate when receiving notifications

My new Versa 2 will not vibrate when receiving notifications (ie. Texts, iMessage, Instagram etc). It shows them in the notification pull down but doesn’t vibrate when I receive them. It does however vibrate when I receive a call. How can I change this so that it does vibrate?

 

I have tried resetting the Fitbit, unpairing it from my phone (I have an iPhone) and repairing it again and ensuring notifications are all on in both the app and the actual watch. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there @xprimnt, welcome to the Community Forums. 

Make sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Fitbit device. When either of those settings are "ON" notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

You can also check Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me? in case your alarm, reminders to move, step goal, etc aren't vibrating either.
