My versa 2 stays at 1% and won’t charge.

Regarding the charging issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. In case you need further assistance, please reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
