I just got a semi new versa 2 from my brother. I helped him set it up last year for himself, he never used it so he gave it to me last month. It was working fine and was heat in the box. It will not charge now even when holding down the side button. I bought a new charger but it still won’t charge. What else can I do?

Good morning! I have been a faithful Fitbit user since the start. Unfortunately they don’t seem to last more than 2 years. I have had flex, Alta hr, Prior to buying my versa 2 I had a charge 3 that finally you replaced since it was faulty from the start. Unfortunately that one didn’t last too long I then received a versa 2 as a gift. As a result I don’t have the exact date I purchased it. But I bought the charge in 2019 had several issues and received the versa 2 as a gift so this versa must be less than 2 years old !!!!
I loved it, but earlier this week the clock face came on middle of night. Would not turn off , next morning versa was dead. I have tried to reset, remove app, restart. Nothing works
Before switching product. Do you have any suggestions what I can do. It is unfortunate, but if I do need to get a new watch, it will have to be another brand as I feel less than 2 years usage is a bit much to handle
