Versa 2 won't charge

After charging my fitbit versa 2 till 100%, my screen is blank and is not turning on. It’s green sensors are also not flashing. I tried holding the side button for 10 seconds but nothing happened.

What should I do? Please help.

Hi @MarreFitbit  thank a lot for your information. I did try all the solution but my Fitbit versa lite still 0%. the charger is looks normal, but won't charge. 

in Indonesia, no service center exist. can you help me other solution
