My versa 2 has stopped charging!! Yesterday it stopped counting steps and when I did a restart it started counting step but would periodically start scrolling through steps, heart rate, active minutes, etc by itself, killing my battery in a matter of hours now it won’t charge. I’ve cleaned the charging posts on the charger and the unit itself. I’ve changed the charging adapter and wall plug. Now it won’t even reset, just shows a battery with an exclamation through it. Please help!
