Not sure it affects the answer/solution, but there is no Fitbit 2.  Maybe Charge 2, Sense 2, Ace 2, Inspire 2, Versa 2, Flex 2?  I think that's all the 2s.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
