Versa 2 won't charge

My versa 2 died (I wasn't able to charge it at the time) and when I went to put it on the charger it wouldn't charge. I then used my other charger. Still wouldn't charge. I switched blocks and outlets. I cleaned the chargers and fitbit. I held down the button. What else can I try? Why would it just stop working? Never had any problems before this.

Hi @Betholyn - if the watch died suddenly it is generally due to a fault, often this is due to water getting in and causing internal damage.

The seals on some watches are not robust and deteriorate over time.

If you buy another stick with the same model which has features some later models don't have or do so well.

If it is under warranty it can be replaced.
