Hello all - My versa 2 watch has suddenly stopped charging. It’s been months or nearly a year now that I attempted to get it fixed but no luck. Finally, as per someone’s suggestion, I am posting here. I bought and shipped my Versa 2 from the US to India. It is out of warranty now. Please help me on how or where to get this fixed. I am based out of Hyderabad, India.

Is there another charger you can try? How about another outlet?
Also, did you purchase the device directly from the Fitbit website or through a 3rd party retailer?

I tried with another charger but didn’t work. I bought directly from Amazon U.S. site. There are no outlets in Hyderabad, India.

When I say "outlet", I mean a way for you to charge your device, i.e computer or wall.
