My versa 2 will not charge, but there is power through the charger. Any ideas on how to fix this. I have cleaned connections, I’ve restarted ect. Any ideas r helpful.

I assume that you already read this: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

How do you charge the Versa 2, with a wall adapter or a PC/laptop USB Port?

If you are using a wall adapter, please make sure that it's a low power one (No fast charge).
If so, please plug the Versa 2 at least 30 minutes to charge and restart it by pressing the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo appear.
