Versa 2 won't charge

I have had my Versa 2 on the charger all it is not charging.  I have cleaned the connectors on both the watch and charger.  I have tried rest it by holding side button for 15 seconds.  Nothing happens.

Hi @dac1945 - the Versa and Versa 2 chargers look alike, it has happened that the wrong charger gets used but won't work.

If the watch is not charged it won't start, try using a PC as the power source also.

If it gets hot when connected to the charger stop immediately as the watch is damaged and it's dangerous.
