Versa 3 setting app

Hi My Versa 3 settings app won’t work . There is no picture of wheel and when I press is the screen will glow for a second then returns to the screen with the apps on.it’s also not connecting to my phone. 
I have tried all the things that I have found online like turn phone on and off

deleting fit bit app and reinstalling it

factory resetting fitbit off charge and while charging

and nothing works it’s also showing the wrong time .

Does anyone have any suggestions on what’s wrong and how I correct please? 
I’m beginning to think it’s broken ☹️Thank you

Hi @BettyRunner2023 - you'll probably need to do a full factory reset not just a restsrt.

Probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
