My Fitbit just stopped charging, screen went black. Doesn’t matter how long it is on the charger. Cleaned everything but no change. Tried different chargers. There was no forewarning and Its only 7 months old.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Versa 2 not charging.
Can you answer and follow this, please?
- Are the LED lights on the back turned on?
- How long did you charge it?
- If you have not charged your Fitbit recently, we ask you to try charging it for 2 hours.
- When you connect your Fitbit device to the charging cable, does it vibrate?
- Did you try the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Mine says it is 100% charge, but the fitbit powers off a literal 2 seconds after I disconnect it from the charger. A few months ago the battery died within a day. Now it dies in seconds.
