Versa 2 won't charge

Hi,
Yesterday, my Versa 2 showed the red battery needs charge icon in the middle of the screen.  By the time I went to charge it, the screen was black and now it won't charge.  I cleaned contacts, used multiple chargers/and power sources, leaving it plugged in for over an hour each time.  Still a black screen.  I have held the side button after each charge attempt for over 20 seconds, and the screen remains black.  Any suggestions?
