I got my versa 2 for Christmas and love it. over the past month or so been having trouble syncing (taking over 5 min sometimes) so I decided to nuclear option and did a factory reset. it looked like all was on track because the app found the watch in seconds. Followed the prompts for set up and the screen asking for the 4 digit code poped up then about 5 seconds later it said that my watch was interacting with another fit bit app and to turn off all other Bluetooth on devices with the app. only other device was my wifes phone so we shut it down and retried only to get the same message. BTW using my laptop to sync
Tried to shut the watch down but on restart the same thing happens. Anyone have an idea for a fix or is my watch getting ready for a trip to fitbit to have them figure it out?

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, try the setup process as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.
