Versa 2 won't connect

My fitbit refuses to sync it link up at all to my phone app. How do I fix it?

Those didn't help at all. Some times it syncs but then it will go hours
though the day with me trying to fix it but nothing works. It only syncs to
my phone when it feels like it...
