Hi
So by the looks of it all of us are having issues with the Bluetooth syncing. I tap on Versa 2 and it says it requires the app which I have the app downloaded. (Yes I reinstalled it)
I just changed phones but it stop syncing w my previous phone.
OPTIONS?!!

Mine is the same and I’ve tried everything to try to connect it back.

Hi!!
So I shutdown my fitbit and
that worked. I'm up and running again. My app thought I was installing a new Versa 2 and I moved fwd as if I was and that worked.
Maybe try that if you haven't already. Good Luck!!
