I got a versa 2 for Xmas, set it up and it was working, then 3 days later it dropped from my phone. Tried to reconnect but it wouldn't find it, tried multiple timea/charged to 100%. Deleted and re installed the app. Still nothing so factory reset the versa 2 however now its stuck on the 'download the app' screen. Deleted and re installed the app again but nothing, still won't connect when I go to set up.
