Versa 2 won't display Snapchat notifications

When my son sends me a Snapchat chat message, I get the notification on my Versa 2, but when I press "Open" it simply reverts to the clockface, opening the message on my phone instead.

 

I tried installing and setting up the "Fit Notifications" App from Google Play store, but the exact same thing happens.

 

Can anyone tell me how to read my snaps on my Versa 2?

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. In case the issue persists, please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
