What to do if I don't have the numbers to display?

Hi @Hsolano - it may not be syncing properly. Try restarting the watch and logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone.

 

If this is a new watch which is locked by a pin or you can't unlock it you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

To better assist you, would you mind providing more details of the issue you're experiencing? As @Guy_ asked you, I was wondering too if your Versa 2 is fairly new? Is the screen asking you for a PIN or you're trying to see the 4-digit code?

Hi @MarreFitbit ,

 

this morning, when I opened my app, my tracking choices were all gone except for calories. The app isn’t offering the ability to add back in steps, etc. when I attempted to refresh the sync even the calorie tracking disappeared. Is this a known current issue Fitbit is trying to fix or am I missing something?

They know and there is a banner at the top saying they are trying to fix the issues. It did this yesterday too but then was working now mine won’t sync.

Mine has synced but not showing my sleep tracking! 😞

My app finally synced but not showing my sleep for yesterday or today! Is there a way to fix this issue? This is one of the main ways I use my Fitbit.

Also my weekly stats in my email is got to be completely wrong it says I only had 1552 steps last week!

My Versa 2 is not new (since 2019)…It’s locked 2 weeks ago and when I try to unlocked with my phone is not functioning with  the 4 digit code that I remember.
