Used have reg texts  message to my limited edition veresa and  now. Only states. New message I tried open and wont see  the message ?

Hi there @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the difficulties you've been having to open text messages on your Versa 2, I'll be glad to help you. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Also, please take a look at this help article: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
