Hi i accidently did a factory reset on my versa 2. It wont sync with my app or phone even when fully charged. Ive tried re installing app, and setting my account up again, but nothings working its just flashing with the logo in different languages, telling my to use the app. But my app wont sync with my phone etc

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Based on the information that was shared in your post, it seems that your Versa 2 was unpaired from your account, this is the reason why it's showing such message in its display. That said, I recommend you to you to your Fitbit profile and make sure that the device is not currently paired. Then, please follow the steps that are specified on: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second and let me know how it goes.
